M&L for point wiring for One light/fan/exhaust fan/buzzer point controlled by one,one way switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal sectional area) multi stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing and capping/PVC Conduit of adequate size fixed on surface with PVC rawl plugs with and including Wooden Board/sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of required size of not less than 1.6 mm thick factory made and factory painted with top cover 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed with brass screw and washer with all accessories including single core multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit/casing capping complete for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one; one way switch. NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thick laminated sheet fixed with suitable brass screws and cup washers

S & F Exhaust fan ventilator DX 200mm sweep 36W ideal for mounting on glass/wooden window 220/230 Volts AC high quality plastic body and connecting up to the ceiling rose with flexible three core copper conductor of size 23/.0076 including provision to fix the ventiliar fan to the glass/wooden window/ by providing duitable fixing arrangement, farse nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Ventilator DX 200mm of Havells/ Bajaj DXL 200 mm or equivalent of Crompton Greaves/Orient

M & L for dismantling of wall and making hole suitable for the size of exhaust fan and making good to the disturbed surfaces as per exisitng specifications including plastering and painting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Electric water Heater storage of capacity 25 Litres electrically operated on 230V 50Hz, BEE 5 Star rated including connecting PVC connection pipe to inlet and outlet valve complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Monza DX 25 of Havells or equivalent of Bajaj/Crompton Greaves

S & F PVC braided flexible conncetion pipe for inlet and outlet of water, not less than 460mm long with two chromium plated brass adptors, nipples and rubber washers etc including all necessary fittings & fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 2.5 Sqmm drawn through PVC conduit/casing capping including accessaries with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up ,all as directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit/Casing & Caping will be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing in any length CPVC pipe of 20mm dia manufacture as per IS-15778 including connetion sockets, elbows etc and connecting pipe to inlet and outlet of the gyser complete all as specified and directed

S & F for brass tee in the existing pipe and connect to inlet pipe of the gysers of 20mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be include of cost of labour for cutting the existing pipe.

S & F for stop valve of 20mm dia with crutch or butterfly handle, screwwd down both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F four number of fasteners for fixing of gysers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F fro Bib taps 20 mm bore cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle fancy type Chromium Plated for iron Pipe to outlet pipe of geyser complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
