FRESH WATER HYDROPHORE SYSTEM WORKS ON SR 22050.

The following valves to be removed from position,blanked pipe lines,shifted to workshop,dismantled all parts,cleaned,inspected,replace all the defective parts,painted,boxed back,pressure tested and fitted in position,valve gear operation to be overahuled,In butterfly valve- valve rubber seat to be checked,same need to be renewed if rubber seat is found defective.satisfactory operation to be showned to surveyor and ship staff,initial and final survey reports to be submitted.all consumables and materials like ms blanks,neoprane joints,oil joints,gm lids and seat machining works,grease,wraping sheets,ss washers ,ss fasteners(ss316),brass seat rings,gland packing,glands, ss/ brass spindels,valve wheels,butterfly valve rubber seat mouldings,neoprene rubber coating inside the valves,valve gear box parts,paints are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.all machining works,pullers,welding,cutting and brazing works are in contractor scope.

Screw out drain plugs, lubricate and fit back the drain plugs fitted on the pipe lines. Worn out drain plugs to be replaced. all materials and consumables are in vendor scope

Calibrate automatic cut-in and cut-out mechanism of hydrophore tanks.Cut-in Pressure - 4 Bar,Cut-out Pressure - 5 Bar

Supply of defective Pressure switches as per sample,Cut-in Pressure - 4 Bar,Cut-out Pressure - 5 Bar

Repair and calibrate relief valve in the hydrophore tank pneumatic charging system.Relief Valve Set Pressure - 7.5 Bar

Supply of defective relief valves as per sample.Relief Valve Set Pressure - 7.5 Bar.

Carryout functional checks of all instrumentation and sensors. Undertake calibration and repairs. Instrumentation includes Pressure Transmitter (Range 0-10 Bar, Qty 06), Pressure Gauge (Range 0-10 Bar, Qty 06)

Supply of all defective instrumentation and sensors as per sample. Instrumentation includes Pressure Transmitter (Range 0-10 Bar, Qty 06), Pressure Gauge (Range 0-10 Bar, Qty 06)

Clean hydrophore tank. Clean associated gauge glass.Carry out pressure test on the tank to test pressure.Test Pressure - 7.5 Bar

Fresh water pump 2 is not cut-in in intermittently during exploitation.Suspect pressure switch malfunctioning .Undertake Defect rectification of pressure switch and calibration. Make- Danfoss

Supply of Pressure switch as per sample for Fresh water pump, Make- Danfoss

Fresh water pump 6 is not cut-in in intermittently during exploitation.Suspect control panel malfunctioning.Undertake Defect rectification. Make- Grundfoss, Capacity- 10 TPH

Supply and fitment of Forward hydrophore tank air charging valve . Type - SDNR, Dia- 32 MM,material: Brass

Pumps overhauling The following Pumps to be removed,dismantled,overhauled and Performance trails of the pump to be undertaken prior on board installation fitted back.Bearings, wear rings, O-rings and mechanical seal to be replaced.Impeller, casings, shafts to be inspected and repaired if found worn out ,pump coupling guards to be repaired,Pump should be boxed up back and tried out for the performance test in the presence of ship staff. job includes alignment with motor,NDT checks,shaft trueness,wear ring clearences,initial and final reports and calibration reports to be submitted. All Required spares like Bearings(SKF/ FAG/ TIMKEN/ NTN), wear rings, O-rings and Mechanical seals(General seals/ SKF), sleeves, shaft keys, bushes,ss fasteners(SS316),gaskets,couplings and coupling pads and consumables are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope. Test certificate and material certificate to be provided for Bearings and mechanical seals.satisfactory operation trials shown to ship staff.
