Construction Work: Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Work “Improvement of Water Supply to provide safe & clean drinking water conforming to drink from tap quality to Anandapur on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract Including Operation & Maintenance for a Period of Three Years all complete as per terms, conditions, scope of work and technical specification stipulated in Draft Agreement and as per conditions of RFP Document. The offer price is submitted in accordance with the bidding documents and the agreement in Appendix-IB (Letter Comprising the Financial Bid).
Operation & Maintenance (excluding energy charge): Cost of operation and maintenance of the above water supply systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 1st Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.
Cost of operation and maintenance of the above water supply systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 2nd Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.

Energy Charges for Operation & Maintenance: Cost of energy (Calculated @ Rs.7/KWH considering the rated capacity of electrical installations of Intake, WTP, Zonal Pumping Stations, etc.) during 1st year of operation & maintenance of the above water supply systems as per the terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.
