Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items i.e.. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc., of any description and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celling etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A/C or steel sheeting, any gauge of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S &F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in ridge etc fixed with L or J hooks all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeting 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified.

M&L for false ceiling work of powder coated aluminium ceiling grid system 'UNLOCK" comprising of main runner 38mmx24mmx0.35mm cross tee 4mmx24mmx0.40mm and GI suspenders 8mm dia fixed to ceiling with and including supply and fixing mineral fibres acoustic ceiling board of size 600x600x12mm thick complete all as specified and directed and fixed as per manufacturers instructions including taking down existing ceiling of any description and in any position and making good the disturb surfaces to match with the existing surfaces and finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification and product drawing shown in SSR Part II.

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as per specification and product drawing shown in SSR Part II Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
