SPECIAL REPAIRS TO MAIN RAOD FROM YODHA CHOWK TO MISSILE CHOWK AND MES IB RAOD AT INF LINES AT MILITARY STATION JNR

Repair to potholes and depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dustand mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying a priming/tack coat with paving bituminious VG-30 grade @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and n exc 100 mm stacking complete as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous VG-30 grade @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm ) to reqd gradient using paving bitumen any penetration of binder content of 4% (VG-30) by wt of total mix all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing of black bituminous macadam top surafces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud, dust etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a priming/tack coat with paving bitumineous VG-30 grade @ 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour bituminous premix semi dense Asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % (bitumen VG-30) binder content weight of total mix using paving bitumen laid with mechanical paver and any penetration rolled and consolidated to reqd camber and gradient complete.

Demolition of stone boulders/PCC blocks, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of approved design by Engr-in-Charge in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm ) including making drainage opening wherever required complete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs cats eye white/yellow colour of ABS plastic metal with two nos of red reflectors including fixing with approved adhesive/fastener on road as in repairs including taking down of existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Black bituminous road surfaces applying thermoplastic road marking reflector special paint minimum 2.5mm thick, with machine application and heat mixer, with stirring mechanism at temparature 160 degree C laid uniformly with width as directed paint conforming to BS 3262 Part- i & II of 1989 ets and 20% glass beads (intermixed) complete as per manufactures instruction all as per directed.
