M&L for providing and erecting self -Supported steel H- Frame Scaffolding at site for structural repairs of sump slab with micro concrete or columns jacketing with cross bracings of good quality without dents and corrosion to reach place of work including approaches, extension, working platform ladders, lifting tackle necessary wall anchors for men and materials till completion of all structural repair items of work and curing period etc. complete all as specified & directed . Note:- (a) The work shall be carried out with all the safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of a qualified supervisor. (b)This item shall be used only for structural repair work of sump. (c) Payment shall be given only once irrespective of duration of scaffolding

Breaking carefully the loose concrete of distressed member without damaging existing strong concrete by means of sharp chisel (which should tempered regularly with high frequency low impact hammers), cleaning the surface by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles , air drying the surface etc complete all as directed. Note:- The work shall be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor etc.( The damaged ceiling / concrete will be measured).

M&L for Cleaning the existing reinforcement with hammer tapping and wire Brush/ rotary wire brush, fixed to hand drill machine, making the surfaces free from loose corrosion material, dirt scaling etc. complete, Applying two coats of polymer based alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B 117 by means of paint brush, liberally all over in two coats with 1 hour interval between the coats all as per manufacturers instruction. Note:- The product should converts the rust in to stable oregano metallic complex molecule layer, this should also act as primer to further treatment of steel etc. complete . The work should be carried out with all the safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor. etc. complete all as specified and as directed (The damaged celling/ concrete shall be measured)

M&L for Providing and applying approved epoxy resin EPI / NITO Bond of Krishna conchem or equivalent before polymer plaster / concrete to have perfect bond between old concrete and new concrete/ polymer plaster surface conforming to ASTM-C- 882-87 using nylon brushes scaffolding labour etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Making up lost section of concrete / mortar using up to 30 mm thick thixotropic repair mortar with one component thixotropic dual shrinkage compensated fibre reinforcement formulation for structural members, building up section by hand packing as per manufacturers specification , applied by means of hand gloves by expert applicator, the rehabilitated surface should be free from air gaps, voids and should be in line with existing surface, including curing, cleaning the area etc. The work should be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and applying 5 mm thick polymer mortar to load carrying R.C.C member in two layers in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight with polymer of approved quality and make, cement and wash quartz s and with required W.C. ratio for desired floating, curing after initial setting time etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors, pavings and in foundations not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applies, on toxic VOC) in 03 coats including o1 coat of epoxy primer @ 0.15kg per sqm in two coats complete as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
