To carryout the test ascertain soil profiles / proportion in determine safe bering capacity complete with field and lab investigation to revelent specification of IS 2131, IS 6403, IS1498 and IS 2720. Conducting soil investigation for the followings:- (a) 150mm dia meter bore hole as per IS specification (b) Bore Hole - (i) No of bore hole = 01 No (ref note) (less than 4000 sam area of bldg). (ii) Depth of Bore hole = 10m (Ref note). (c) Collection of disturbed and undisturbed soil sample at interval of 1.00mtr or at change of strata or as per re;evant IS code. (d) Conducting lab test on disturbed soli sample as considered necessary according to relevant specification of IS 2720:- (1) Sieve analysis (ii) atterberg limits (iii)Natural moisure content (iv) Particle size analysis test (v) Bulck density (e) Conducting lab test on undisturbed soil samples as considered necessary according to relevent specification of IS 2720 :- (i) sieve analysis (ii) Atterberg limits (iii) Natural moisture content (iv) particle size analysis test (v) Bulk density (vi) specific gravity (vii) Free swell index and swelling property of soil (viii) organic mater in any soil if any (ix) consoildation test (comprssed index value) (x) Triaxial compression test and determination of shear (xi) Harmful salt (complete investigation as alredy ref). (f) Ground water table :- (i) maximum and minimum levels og ground (ii) Ground water table during investigation (g) Submission of six copies of test repoets with detailed, description of field investigation, soil classification and general nature of soil strata, water table, inpretation of test results, grains size, distribution curves, compressive index curves ,site plan etc. (h) The SBC of the soil is required to be given as following table calculation of bering capacity will be governed generally as per IS 8009 (pt-1)-1976, IS-2720 (Pt-11)-1980, IS 6403-1981,is 1904-1986 and is 1080-1985 and other relevants IS codes:- Depth of foundation 1.00M safe bearing Ti for footing size -1.20m X 1.20m, 1.50m X 1.50m, 2.0m X 2.0m, 2.50m X capacity of soil 2.50m, 1.50m, 2.0m, 2.50m. (k) Every page of the soil investigtion report should have the name of the Job for which soil investigation is being carried out. In case of multiple sites of a single job are being investigated name of each site shall be put on each page of report pertaining to the site. (i) all page of the soil investigation report shall be serially numbered,stamped and signed by the agency carrying out the soil inventigation .Report should be scrutinised by GE and CWE for correctness and endorse. Consultancy services for devoloping architectural, structural drawigs structural analysis, designs and detiled estimates, take off bill of quantities and pricing as per the IS standards and structural detailings codes and submission of the detailed calculation of stage wise yard stick material calculation, section wise calculation (stage wise):- The rate shall include the following as below:- (i) Preparation & approvel of Architectural drawings. (ii) Submission Approvel of structural design drawing and vetted by IIT/NIT. (iii) Submission and approval of detailed working drawing (Archicture and structural drawings including schedule of finishes and site plan (sextuplicate). (iv) Submission and approval of detailed estimate rate analys buildings /structures with BOQ. (v) Submission of report alongwith recommendation in 5 copies
