Outsourcing of resources for manning & operation of Central Air Conditioning Plants comprising of 24 TR X 02 Nos, 37 TR X 03 Nos. Chiller units, electrical panel, blowers, AHUs 06 Nos. and with connected accessories and automatic electric microprocessor based panel for auto ON/OFF etc. complete by employing One skilled (Refrigerator Mechanic) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at DSS Hanger AC Plant Nos. 01 & 02 including Maintenance of log sheets for every shift, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in each Shift as under:-

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

In Third shift of 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Chiller units, electrical panel, blowers, AHUs 06 Nos. and with connected accessories and automatic electric microprocessor based panel for auto ON/OFF etc complete by employing One skilled (Refrigerator Mechanic) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at Tech flight AC Plant No. 03 & 04 including Maintenance of log sheet for every shift, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in each Shift as under :-

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

In Third shift of 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Outsourcing of resources for manning & operation of Package type AC Plant of capacity 3 x 8.5TR by employing One skilled (Refrigerator Mechanic) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at Logistic section including maintenance of log sheet for every shift, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in each Shift as under :-

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

In Third shift of 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Outsourcing of resources for manning & operation of Central Type Air Conditioning Plants & Fire Fighting System by employing One skilled (Refrigerator Machanic) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at under Ground base Ops Building including Maintenance of log sheet for every shift, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following equipments/plants in each Shift:- (i) Chiller units of 39 TR Complete - 04 Nos. (03 Nos. Main & 01 Nos. Standby) along with condenser and chiller Pump - 08 Nos. (ii) Air Handling Units - 02 Nos. (iii) Draft induced type cooling tower of 120 TR Capacity - 01 No.

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

In Third shift of 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Outsourcing of resources for manning & operation of Central Type Air Conditioning Plants by employing One skilled (Refrigerator Machanic) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at CEO Complex (Maint Complex) with including Maintenance of log sheet for every shift, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following equipments/plants in each Shift:- (i) Chiller units of 2 6TR Complete - 03 Nos. (02 Nos. Main & 01 No. Standby) along with 06 Nos. of chiller and condenser Pumps. (ii) Air Handling Units of 1600, 4000, 5000, 6000 & 8000 CFM - 05 Nos. (iii) Draft induced type cooling tower of 50 TR Capacity - 01 No.

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

In Third shift of 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Outsourcing of resources for manning & operation of Central Type Air Conditioning Plants by employing One skilled (Refrigerator Machanic) operator for per shift of 08 hrs duration at Safety Equipment Complex (CCR) with including Maintenance of log sheet for every shift, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following equipments/plants in each Shift:- (i) Chiller units of 39 TR Complete - 03 Nos. (02 Nos. Main & 01 No. Standby) along with 06 Nos. of chiller and condenser Pumps. (ii) Air Handling Units of 2500, 3000, 7000 & 2x9000 CFM - 05 Nos. (iii) Draft induced type cooling tower of 80 TR Capacity - 01 No.

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

Supply only electrical tool Kit consisting of insulation tape, Multi meter, Tester, Test lamp, cutting pliers, screw driver, Helmet, hand gloves etc for safety of tradesmen and routine electrical maintanance complete all as all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only Log Sheet/Book on size A-4 (210mm X 297mm) 75 GSM consisting minimum 40 pages duly bind with hard sheet as per sample approved by GE for maintaining Log book and getting signature of Engineer-in-Charge

Note for above all items :- (i) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc. as applicable. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc. as applicable, his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount among valid / bonafide bids only. (ii) Each working shifts as described in BOQ (Sch 'A') on all working days inclduing Sunday and holiday. However weekly rest shall be given to the trademen as per laid down rules. The Contractor shall quote his rate for each Shift. (iii) In case of absent of any tradesman or not in duty during the above said working hours the following recovery will be made in the payment being made against above mentioned work :- (a) Skilled Operator Rs. 1000/- Per Shift. (iv) The tradesman so deployed will not leave the premise until his reliver has reported as such the contractor should ensure that the trades men are reported to the detailed installations at per time.

Note for above all items (Contd...) :- (v) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, necessary safety equipments required as per IE Rules, handling, conveyance and safety precaution, screws etc as required for each shift of maintenance. Attendance register at each location for every calander months and every shift shall be prepared for claiming Running / final payment, (vi) The DG Set/Sub stations will be operated round the clock for 24 hours as specically mentioned in Three shifts per day, unless otherwise specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) The Operator being deployed in the work shall have a minimum qualification of ITI/ having State/National trade certificate issued by State/National council for vocational education and training in relavent trade with minimum 5 Years experience. Necessary Technical qualification & experience certificate shall be produced for verification of Engineer-in-Charge and get the approval in writing before deploying for work. (viii) Log Sheet/Book shall be maintained by the contractor for each shift by mentioning Name of operator, running hours of plants/equipment and shall be produced at the time of Running Bill duly singed by all concerned.Cost of log sheet/ book will be paid extra under Item No.8 of BOQ.
