Required1. The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
Required2. The bidder shall be an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or an authorized dealer of the OEM. Necessary documentation proof shall be submitted
Required3. Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy
Required4. Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN code
Required5. Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp
Required6. Bidder shall quote only for the makes, specifications and material of the items mentioned in the Schedule.
Required7. Bidder should submit the complete brochure of the valves, along with detailed technical specifications, shall be submitted as part of the technical bid
Required8. Bidder should submit acceptance to provide the equipment shall have a minimum warranty of 24 months from the date of supply
Required9. Bidder should submit acceptance for payment terms i.e. 100% within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition
Required10. Bidder should submit necessary general arrangement drawings (GA), bill of the material and Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) along with bid and also if found L1 should get approval of MQP & FQP in TGGENCO format and get approved from competent authority before manufacturing
Required11. Bidder should submit acceptance that the tendered material shall be tested in accordance with IS standards as per the approved Quality Assurance Plan
Required12. Bidder should submit acceptance that the Test certificates containing results of tests conducted on the material for approval before dispatch of material
Required13. Bidder should submit acceptance that the deviations from the tender specifications and requirements are clearly mentioned in the schedule-8 with price implications if any, any deviations mentioned in later stage will not be accepted
Required14. Bids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection without intimation. Price should be quoted only in online
Required15. The bidder should submit acceptance to provide Operation & maintenance manuals, , Test reports, Troubleshooting guidelines along with material
Required18. The Bidder must visit the site for detailed specifications and verify the existing valve sizes and specifications to ensure correct supply and avoid any mismatch during execution as no sample can be provided as spares not available at site. Necessary documentation proof shall be submitted. Exemption for the above shall be given in circumstances of producing proofs of having adequate technical
Optional16. Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered
Optional17. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
