PART I - PLANTATION (CAPITAL COST)

Tree - Supply and planting following species best quality container grown healthy trees of 2 mt. min. height, well established & free from disease at site in 0.90 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, backfilling the hole watering etc as required. (Tinospora cordiflia)

Date Palm - Supply and planting following in poly bags/earthen pots well branched, well established & free from disease of 600 mm min. height shrubs at site in 0.45 m dia holes, 0.45 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, backfilling the hole watering etc as required. (Phonenix sylvertris - Date Palm)

Hedge - Planting permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate of 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30 cm apart.

Flower - Supply

Flower - Digging holes in all kinds of soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed farm yard manure (cost of manure paid separately). Holes 0.45 m dia and 0.45 m deep.

Lawn - Turfing lawns with fine grassing including ploughing, dressing, breaking of clods, removal of rubbish, dressing and supplying doobs grass roots at 10 cm apart, including supplying and spreading of farm yard manure at rate of 0.6 cum per 100 sqm.

PART II - 3-YEAR MAINTENANCE

Tree & Palm - Maintenance of Plants (other than Road side Plantation) - Complete maintenance of plants with watering for 12 months including weeding, hoeing, watering, pruning, application of good earth, manure, insecticides, fungicides & fertilizers, security of plants, disposal of garden rubbish, replacing casualty of plants by healthy plants. (Basin area 770 sqm = 1050 x 0.70)

Hedge - Maintenance of Hedge for one year.
