Painting to the Internal /External walls with one coat of primer using cement paint confirming to IS 109: 2017 of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, the rate includes conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Painting walls with cement primer shall be as per APSS 1207.

Painting to the Internal/External walls with One coat of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives interior/exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Plastic emulsion painting work shall be as per APSS 1216. (Emulsion paintconfirming to IS 15489: 2013, Type 1 – for interior use and confirming to IS 15489: 2013, Type 2 – for exterior use’)

Painting to old Iron works like Gates, Grills, Hand Rails etc., with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality in Two coat's over one coat of primer, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, brushes, all labour charges, all leads & lifts, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Painting on iron works with synthetic enamel paint shall be as per APSS 1212 and primer paint work as per APSS 1207. (Zinc chrome red oxide primer paint conforming to IS 2074:2023 and conforming to IS 2932: 2013’ for Synthetic enamel paint).

Painting to old wood works like window frames,door frames, door shuters etc., with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality in Two coat's , the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, brushes, all labour charges, all leads & lifts, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Painting on iron works with synthetic enamel paint shall be as per APSS 1212.
