Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors, pavings and in foundations not exceeding 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) including removal of demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors not exceeding 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) including removal of demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, with broken stone/boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceedings 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Plinth Protection, floors, paths, pavings etc surfaces prepared even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. (Make : NITCO/ULTRA/ EUROCON/ DECO/BHARAT)

M&L for Sand filling under floors / pavings, below tiles, including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in edge restraints / edge blocks / kerbs including use of necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and finishing of exposed surfaces including earth work required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 150mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in floors, hard standings, pavings etc surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade "A" complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs sets in CM 1:6 including all necessary formwork. Exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplied and fixed pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts along with bituminous washers in lieu of screws etc complete all as specified, directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply only hard wood sawdust powder of thickness 2mm in brown colour of 50 Kg bags packing of superior quality and suitable for small firing range complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 1,340.00 B/F from Ser page No. 23. NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount as rate Rs. 1,340.00 in Green field under Col-M. If bidder does not insert the amount the same will be deducted from total amount of Schedule 'A' and accordingly total amount of tender will be considered in deciding the lowest tender.
