Project Management Consultancy Services for the work of Formation of Industrial Layout Including Formation of 18M Wide Road & 15M Wide Roads Including Asphalting, Construction of RCC Side Drains, RCC Ducts & Culverts, RCC Retaining Wall, HDPE Dual Water Supply Pipeline, & RWH at Karajaga Village Sector-2 in Kanagala Industrial Area, 2nd Phase Hukkeri Taluk, Belagavi District.

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2019-20 to 2023-24). Completed successfully at least ONE Consultancy Services in Construction Supervision/Project monitoring/Quality Control of Road Projects of Formation of Industrial Layout including asphalt Roads, Construction of RCC Side Drains, RCC Ducts & Culverts, RCC Retaining Wall, HDPE Dual Water Supply Pipeline, & RWH etc., having value i.e., Rs.973.00 Lakhs during past five years.

Shall have minimum 5 years of experience in consultancy services (Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished indicating the work done and the consultancy fee obtained for such projects.)

The Consultant shall have a Full Fledged NABL Accredited Laboratory/MoRTH with all the relevant equipments with necessary qualified staff to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes/relevant codes.

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2019-20 to 2023-24). Achieved in at least TWO Financial Years, a minimum average financial turnover of Rs. 3908.12 Lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature.
