Source Augmentation, Construction of CWR, Gravity Main, Pipeline laying and related works in Rikholi Water Supply Scheme under Jal Jeevan Mission Program.

Source work - Supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. for construction of S.S.C Cum Roughening Filter complete in all respects.

Civil Work - Excavation in Pipe Line Trenches Excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand) for foundation including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M filling waterring and ramming of Excavated the earth in to the trenches or into the sides between foundation trenches or in to the plinth (75% of Total Quantity)

Excavation in soil mixed with shingle bouldres etc. requireing the use of specials T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M with back filling,waterring and ramming of Excavated earth in the trenches.(25% of Total Quantity)

Providing of all materials, Carting from site store to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying & Jointing of full lenght Heavy class Galvanized Iron pipe confirming to IS: 1239(PART-1) with testing of pipe line complete. - 65 mm

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5. Supply of dry dial,Woltman type,Magnetically coupled class-B tamper proof Bulk Water Meters with removable mechanism ,megnetic drive,hermetically scaled ,pre-equipped for remote reading as per IS:2373-1981 and ISO:4064 standard with EEC/MID certification mark shall be with protection class of IP68 for wireless AMR water meter with guarantee/warranty of following sizes along with strainer.- At Source - 65 MM

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. CWR of following capacities ( in kiloliters ) with M.S. ladder outside & inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixiing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. 3.0 Distribution Network & Related Components - For Pipe Laying - disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by meachincal means, including loading, transporting unloading to approved muncipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto alead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202 (Considering 10%)

Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately (Considering 30%)

Providing and making house service connections from water supply distribution GI pipe line upto water meter chamber inside the property using GI pipe including supply and fixing of electrofussion saddle ,brass ferrules elbow, ball valve etc complete with earthwork, road cutting with restoration works

Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepeared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383,maximum size ofcoarse aggregate notexceeding 25 mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork and laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube osts/horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m.
