Hydraulic Pumps, Make: ATOS/HALY, Model:PVPC-L-5073/ID.(a) Strip examine and Overhaul both hydraulic pumps (02 nos.), (b) Renew all damaged, worn out and mandatory spares like bearings, seals etc.,(02 nos.), (c) If more damages observed on pumps, replace with new pumps (02 nos.) (d) Test the both pumps on test bed. Pump parameters/testing procedure shared with user department and QC representative (02 nos.)
Auxiliary Pumps.(a) Strip examine and Overhaul both hydraulic pumps (4 nos.) (b) Renew all damaged, worn out and mandatory spares like bearings, seals etc.(04 nos.).(c) If more damages observed on pumps, replace with new pumps (04 nos.). (d) Test the both pumps on test bed. Pump parameters/testing procedure shared with user department and QC representative (04 nos.)
Hydraulic Actuator.(a) Degutting/Regutting and overhauling of actuator (02 nos.). (b) Check the dents/nicks/scoring marks. Recondition the cylinder and piston rods to its dimensions (02 nos.). (c) Renew all piston seals, gland seals & end cover seals (02 nos.). (d) Check the actuator end swivel bearings, renew if required (02 nos.). (d) Pressure test the both actuators 1.5 times of working pressure (02 nos.).
Hydro Motor.(a) Complete overhaul of which hydro motor. Renew all seals and bearings (02 nos.). (b) Test the hydro motor for leakage test for OEM manual (02 nos.).
Winch Gear Box.(a) Strip examine and complete overhaul the gearbox, Renew all damaged / worn out parts and mandatory parts like bearings, seals, gaskets etc, (02 nos.), (b) Inspect all gears and check the gears by DPT test, if any cracks, damages found renew the gears (02 nos.).
Hydraulic Valves.(a) Strip, examine and overhaul all hydraulic valves and renew defective valves and renew defective valves as per OEM Specification (02 nos.) (i) Actuator counter balance valves (4 nos.), (iii) Motor control valve block (02 nos.).(iii) Davit direction control block (02 nos.), (iv) Accumulator control block (02 nos.), and (v) Safety directional block (04 nos.) (vi) Shut-off valves (08 nos.)
Accumulator.(a) Degutting/Regutting of accumulators (b) Overhaul the accumulator check the accumulator bladders and test the accumulator as per OEM manual (02 nos.).
Filter.(a) Clean and check the filter bodies and renew filter elements (02 nos.)
Hydraulic Pipe Lines.(a) Degutting/Regutting of Hydraulic pipe lines and its end fittings. (b) Renew all eroded/ corroded/ damaged pipe lines and its fittings. (c) Clean all pipe lines and pressure test all pipe lines 1.5 times of operating pressure. (d) Pressure renew all O-seals and defective pipe fittings/pipe lines. (e) Carry out flushing through of hydraulic system for clean lines valve of (NAS 10 or its equivalent). (f) Check all pipe line clamps, renew if necessary.
Oil Tank.(a) Clean and survey of oil tank and renew all gaskets/joints/fittings (02 nos.).
Flexible Hoses.(a) Renew all Flexible Hoses (16 nos.).
Electrical works & Instrumentation.(a) Degutting /Regutting of Electrical works. Complete overhaul of electrical motors and other electrical accessories test the motors with no load and stimulating load. (i) Main motors (02 nos.), (ii) Auxiliary pump motors (02 nos.), (iii) Electrically operated DC Valves (12 nos.). (iv) Remote with cable (02 nos.). (v) Limit Switches (02 nos.), (iv) Temperature gauges (02 nos.)
Electrical works & Instrumentation.(b) All Instruments should be calibrated and submit the calibrator certificates to user department and QC represent
Trials and STW, including load testing.Post integration and re-fitment onboard, trials and STW to be undertaken by the firm in harbour and at sea till satisfactory performance iaw Naval requirements / Naval Testing Agencies. Identification labels mounted on the equipments / system components are to be renewed as indicated.
