M & L for taking down the existing U/S wires of any type from concealed wiring carefully of aluminium/copper-point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc.) with or without conduit, along with all connected accessories such as ceiling rose, switches, sockets, switch boards, fan regulator etc complete and all as directed by EIC

M & L for taking down sub main wiring only any size of aluminium conductor cable PVC insulated with or without conduit all as directed.

M & L for taking down main switch/DB's including MCB's with board and fixture of any description and making good disturbed surface of walls etc complete.

M&L for point wiring complete with two run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked for phase & neutral drawn through existing conduit including provn of 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire continuity for One light point controlled by one, one way switch complete as specified and directed.

(Note: Two runs of conductor for Phase and neutral and one Run for earth wire and PVC Conduit/casing capping will be measured & paid as one RM)

S & F in repairs sheet metal meter fixing boards of size 80 x 150 x 30cm made out of 2.0 mm thick cold rolled cold Annealed (CRCA) sheet treated two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer after necessary preparation to surfaces complete with locking arrangement, meter fixing arrangement, and fixing the boards concealed/ on surface with addition/ alterations (including taking down and fixing existing 5 nos energy meter) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
