Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in the opening as per the specifications and drawing mentioned in section 8 of SSR-II complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in slab/plateform set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing to give mirror finish complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- All exposed edges of kota stone flooring shall be finished as half round / bullnosed as directed and white marble strip border shall be provided to the pattern and design as approved).

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under, and hauching against the side of the pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation for laying /taking down sewage / water supply lines , forming bottom surfaces to required slpoe & gradient and n.exc 10sqm on plan and n 'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed
