The firm which have completed similar consultancy service in Government/ public sectors / Government undertaking Organizations in the last Five years will be considered for qualification for which certificates from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer is to be produced (2019-20 to 2023-24) NABET MoU with NABL Accredited Consultancy Services are also allowed to participate in the tender apart from sole organization

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR

Reports to be issued by the consultants as part of this assignment must be in the language(s) specified in the Data Sheet

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment

Should poses permanent Office with required infrastructure and manpower at Bangalore

The firm should have MoEF&CC recognized laboratories and may have collaboration with NABET approved consultancy and the firm should have NABET approved consultancy, attained category A Schedule-1 of 7c project of EIA notification 2006, MoU with NABL consultancy are also eligible to participate in this tender

The Firm should have achieved in, at least any two financial years average annual financial turnover of Rs.50.00 Lakhs in last 5years (2019-20 to 2023-24)
