Cleaning of existing pipe drain 100mm internal dia upto depth not exceeding 1.50mtrs by rodding / manually as required at site from manholes and well flushing after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes, deposited in lines removing the solids and sludge off the defence land all as specified and directed by EIC.

All as per item No 1.00 above but for 150 mm bore pipe

Cleaning of blockage of bathroom / kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps / gully traps of all the mud / sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, SGSW or CI waste pipes by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of excavation and earthwork.

Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud / sludge and getting out, including cleaning of SGSW pipe or CI pipe upto 1st manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of excavation and earthwork.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for
