Vijayawada Division: S&T arrangements in connection with provision of CCTV Cameras at BZA, TEL, OGL, NLR, BTTR, GDR, NDD, RJY, COA, CCT, GDV, BVRM, NS, MTM Stations over BZA Division to enhance security,operational monitoring and passenger safety.

Financial Eligibility Criteria: as per Clause 10.2 of Part-I of IRSGCC-2022 (As per Advanced Correction slip No,1 dated. 14.07.2022 to GCC-2022). The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or "V" Whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-F (Annexure-VIB of GCC), along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Tenderer should attach Self-attested/ Digitally signed copy of Certificate showing minimum average annual contractual turnover The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or "V" Whichever is less and as per Annexure VIB of IRSGCC-2022 (As per Advanced Correction slip No,1 dated. 14.07.2022 to GCC-2022) in Annexure - "F"Page-33 of Master Document -1 attached to the tender

Annexure - "G" - Standard format for certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-G as per Annexure V of IRSGCC-2022. (Page No 34) Non submission of certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.

Annexure - "H" (Annexure V(A) of IRSGCC-2022 at Page-35 Master Document -1 attached to the tender : In addition to Annexure-G (Annexure -V), in case of other than Company /Proprietary firm, Annexure-V(A) shall also be submitted by the each member of Partnership Fir/ Joint Venture (JV)/ Hindhu Undivided Gamily (HUF)/ Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc, as the case may be. Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. As per advance correction slip No.2 dated 13.12.2022

Similar Nature of work: Any work involving supply, installation, testing & commissioning of CCTV Surveillance system or Audio video conferencing system in Railways , Airports, any Central/State government offices or Central/State Public sector undertakings. vide HQ Lr.SCR- HQ0SNT(TEND)/6/2019 (E 35515), Dt.20.04.2026.

COMMERCIAL COMPLIANCE (IDENTIFICATION)(1) The tenderer should attach self-attested copy of PAN card & Photo identification in support of their identity (2) The documents attached to the tender document should be clear and legible for evaluation of tenders. Proper care to be taken in this regard. (3) The tenderers should furnish their GSTIN numbers representing the states in which they are registered for GST along with address of Registered office, place of business in state etc.,

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The Railway reserves the right to verify all statements, information and documents submitted by the bidder in his tender offer, and the bidder shall, when so required by the Railway, make available also such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification. Any such verification or lack of such verification by the Railway shall not reserve the bidder of its obligations or liabilities hereunder nor will it affect any rights of the Railway there under. As per Clause 11.(v) of IRSGCC-2022) is mentioned at para no. 11 (v) of page no. 17 of Master Document -1 attached to the tender.

After opening of the tender, any document pertaining to the constitution of Sole Proprietorship Firm / Partnership Firm / Registered Company/ Registered Trust / Registered Society / HUF/LLP etc. shall be neither asked nor considered, if submitted. Further, no Suo moto cognizance of any document available in public domain (i.e., on internet etc.) or in Railway's record/office files etc. will be taken for consideration of the tender, if no such mention is available in tender offer submitted. As Per clause 14 (iv) IRSGCC-2022 Part-I & is mentioned in para 14(iv) of page No. 19

Tenderers shall note that conditional/alternate offer will not be considered and will summarily be rejected, even though such condition makes them as the lowest tenderer

The prospective tenderers are advised to follow the IRSGCC with amendments from time to time together with conditions, Special Conditions and specifications which are annexed to the tender document and attached to the tender.

The documents attached to the tender document should be clear and legible for evaluation of tenders. Illegible copies will not be considered for evaluation
