Charges for engaging Shift Technician - 2 Persons each shift in 3-shifts on round the closck basis (24x7) (Total 6Nos) for the operation and maintenance of High side and low side HVAC equipment installed in Jyothirmaya building. Charges including salary of technicians (6Nos) ESI, PF, bonus, gratuity, medical insurance, releiver charges, charges for providing uniforms, safety shoes, ID cards, shift mobile phone, tools, equipment required for the operation and maintenance of AC system, travelling expenses if any, leave salary, administartive expenses,over head and profit and all other expenses. Note: 1. Total charges per month for engaging 6Nos technicians. (2Nos each per shift X 3 shift per day). 2. The Employee shall be direct role of the bidder. No sub agency for manpower will not be allowed.
Charges for engaging Supervisor (1No) in general shift (8.30 A.M to 6 P.M) for the operation and maintenance of High side and low side HVAC equipment installed in Jyothirmaya building. charges including salary, all insurance, ESI, PF, bonus, gratuity, medical insuarnce, charges for providing uniforms, safety shoes, ID cards, shift mobile phone, tools , equipment required for the operation and maintenance of AC system, travelling expenses if any, leave salary, administartive expenses,over head and profit and all other expenses. Note: 1. Charges per month for engaging 1No Supervisor in general shift. 2. The Employee shall be direct role of the bidder. No sub agency for manpower will not be allowed.
Charges for Comprehensive AMC of low side HVAC equipment installed in jyothirmaya building including BMS. Quoted rates include the cost for routine servicing/mainteance and break down repairs as and when required ensuring trouble free operation of the HVAC plant, various types of AC units, BMS system and all other equipment and system related to the HVAC system including spares, repair and replacemnent scope mentioned in detail in the section of Comprehensive AMC and contract of HVAC system in the technical documnent. Note : 1. Charges for Comprehensive AMC per month. 2. Bidder shall make a back to back comprehensive AMC contract with Honewell make BMS and proof shall be submitted. 3. Scope NOT INCLUDE CAMC of Chillers
