Supply, forwarding, unloading and stacking of fresh transformer oil which shall conform to latest edition of IS: 335 and must be from top brand manufacturer.
Dismantling of transformer fittings, radiators, fans, pipes etc.
Removal/draining of old transformer oil from the transformer tank including shifting of drained oil barrels to dumping site
Inspection and testing of transformer including checking of buchholz relay, surge relay, conservator oil level indicator, temperature sensors, cooling system, measurement of IR value, Dielectric strength and cleaning of transformers.
Erection of temporary shed for filtration of transformer oil
Refilling of the fresh transformer oil including dehydration/filtration of transformer as required to get good insulation resistance of the transformer winding and good BDV of the oil besides cleaning & painting of the transformer outer body surface.
Removal/cleaning the sludge from the transformer bottom portion including cleaning (hot bath) of the interior of transformer tanks and other oil filled chambers and internal structural steel work shall be cleaned of all scales and rust.
Replacement of bushing gaskets, top lid gaskets.
Replacement of T Clamps
SITC of Single phase, 50 c/s 36 kV Current Transformers (1200-800-400/1-1-1 A , 25kA for 1 sec, rated dynamic current 25kA(peak), class A insulation, Burden 20 VA including first fill of transformer oil plus 10% etc and all accessories , auxiliaries etc complete in all respects.
Crane charges for lifting the top lid & other accessories.
SITC of Isolator 36Kv 50c/s 2500A 31.5 kA for one second Ac motor operated horizontal double break, outdoor type 3 pole isolators without earthing switch, Copper Fixed & Moving Contacts/Copper current carrying parts, Galvanised Iron Mechanism box
