11. SCHEDULE `A' PART-XI MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 11.01 to 11.15 The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

INTRENAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep, 5 star rated, energy efficient, silent and connecting upto and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose including fan regulator electronic type, rotary step, socket type 240 volt complete.

S & F Exhaust fan metalic type, HEAVY DUTY, 300mm sweep, 240 V AC single phase complete with louvers and shutters including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 upto ceiling rose and grouting 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts and making hole/opening in wall for provision of fan and making good etc all as specified and directed.

S & F LED batten single tube 1 x 20W (4 feet long) 230V, 6000K Rated CCT energy efficient with atomic ballast bipin holders starter blocks, diffusers etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Orient Cat No LRT8-20-C or equivalent from makes of Appendix 'B'. Note :- (applicable for all LED lights to be incorporated in the subject work) In case of equivalent model, Parameters like type of body and cover, burninig hours, temperature, lumen etc shall be strictly compared before approval.

Supply and fix / install high intensity, long range, weather & dust proof security search light with highly polished stainless steel reflector cum body, suitable heat sinks, toughened front glass, retaining ring, MS cradle with passivated bolts, 230 volts, 150W LED COB lamp, cast aluminium housing, swivelling type, verticle and horizontal controls including 1 mtr tripod stand with castrol wheels for easy movement. Make : Sigma Model No 24441-TS Range 400-500 mtrs or equivalnt. Note :- In case of equivalent model, Parameters like type of body and cover, burninig hours, temperature, lumen, range etc shall be strictly compared before approval.

M&L for Submain wiring with 02 runs of 4 Sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm as earth continuity, 1100 V grade PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH grade copper conductor cable signle core, pvc insulated, multistranded ISI marked (IS-694) drawn through and including 32 mm PVC rigid conduit heavy grade ISI marked (IS-9537, Part-III) including accessories such as bends, supports etc all as specified. Note : All runs of main cable and earth cable and one run of conduit/casing caping shall be measured as one unit.

S & F LED Building Security Light luminaire LED 15 W 5700K with aesthetically designed sheet aluminium housing and UV stabilised acrylic cover complete with lamp and internal connection including bracket made of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade fixed with MS clamp of suitable size grouted on wall with suitable Nos of screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Polycab Cat No. PUB0502001 or equivalent from Havells, Crompton Greaves, Orient, Philips, Bajaj.

S&F MCB, SPN 230 volts 6-32 Amps Capacity 'B' curve, 10KA, IP20.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers,class LV type-1, flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm, cover embossed "LT CABLE" laid abutting each other with a gap not more than 10 mm, in such a way that length of cover shall be perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable LT XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core.

All as per item No 11.10 but cable size of LT XLPE cable 25 sq mm 4 core.

M&L for Horizontal Boring hole of suitable dia to pass 50mm dia GI pipe under the road/pavement/hard standing or in any other situation for crossing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of using T&P for trenchless technology shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S & F MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, 63 Amps, 16 kA complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

BOUNDARY / SECURITY WALL

S&F galvanized punched typed concertina coil of 1050mm dia (Dia of coil when unstreched, when streched to 8m length) and fixed to angle iron post, struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire etc complete all as directed and specified. Note :- Stretched length of concertina coil shall be measured and paid for. One coil shall be streched up to 8.00m only. Cutting of concertina shall not be allowed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer in camouflage pattern complete all as specifid and directed.
