REPAIRS TO SPORTS FACILITY, PAINTING TO EXTERNAL SERVICES AND MES INSTALLATION AND CERTAIN MISC REPAIRS AT CGRA NALIYA UNDER GE(I) (CG) GANDHINAGAR

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removaling serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300mm, 20mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for outdoor & industrial digital heavy duty vitrified floor tiles, premium quality of colour & pattern as approved, size 300x300mm, 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 sq.m but n.exc. 0.38 sq.m in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 sq.m but n.exc. 0.38 sq.m as in skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, fixed in pattern of different colour including border of size 300x 450 x 7mm /450x350x7 or 8mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid on and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ dado etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbbed and polished) stone slab machine cut mirror polished as in skirting/dado, cooking platform, jams, pillars, windows cills and the like laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed or backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surface walls shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Camouflage pattern) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm including filling up all cracks and defects with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Height of bldg may be upto 20M.
