INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, FLAME PROOF LIGHTING AND AIR CONDITIONING

M&L for Submain wiring in concealed PVC conduct with 02 runs of 4 Sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm as earth continuity, 1100 V grade PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS grade copper conductor cable signle core, pvc insulated, multistranded ISI marked (IS-694) drawn through and including 20 mm PVC rigid conduit heavy grade ISI marked (IS-9537, Part-III) including accessories such as bends, supports etc all as specified. Note : 2 runs of main cable and one run of earth cable and one run of conduit/casing caping shall be measured as one unit.

(ix) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.

Suppy, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven generating set 40 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupied directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acousic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application / installation, integrated design thereby facilitating / eay handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. Compliance standards of DG Set should be confirming to ISO 3046/BS5514. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Contraol Board (CPCB-II) latest norms/regualtion with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 30 CM above ground level) as recommended by manufacturer vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications :-

Engine :- Direct injection, 4 cylinders, Mechanical FIP, Water cooled, Copression Ignited, Turbo charged diesel engine developing 58HP at 1500 RPM, and complying with BS5514/ISO 3046 standards. Besides standard components, the engine will be complete with following components :- (a) 12 V electrical starting system consisting of starter motor charging alternator. (b) Dry type replaceble paper element air cleaner. (c) Mechanical Governor. (d) Spin-on Lube oil filter elements. (e) Radiator, Air-to Air after cooler, pusher fan & fan drive arrangement, Gear driven water pupmp. (f) Sensors for oil pressure, Coolant temperature & level. AMF PANEL OUTDOOR TYPE ;- The AMF Panel outdoor type suitable for 25 KVA DG Set factory made out of CRCA Steel 16 SWG Sheet floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof. The panel would be powder coated minium thickness of 50 microns, a long lasting characteristic. The control panel will be complete in all respect with fuses, wiring and labels etc, the following will be incorporated in the AMF Panel:- (a) Multifunctional meter digital (Amp+Volt+PF+Hz+KW+KWH) -01 No (b) Alternator voltage monitor-01 No. (c) Main voltage monitor - 01 No (d) Ammeter DG Analog - 01 No (e) Voltmetre DG analog - 01 No. (f) MCBs of suitable range (g) Main power contactors 4 Pole of capacity 300 Amps - 01 No (h) DG Power contactor-4 pole of capacity 300Amps - 01 No (j) Indicator lamp -02 Nos (k) MCB (for control ckt) -10 Nos (m) Auxiliary Contactor -02 Nos (n) Automatic battery 12 volt DC charger -01 No (o) Terminal O/L relay - 01 No (p) Terminals (for control cable) - 06 Nos (q) One set of copper bus bar of suitable capacity.

Note:- The amount quoted includes precast cement concrete block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete for foundation and platform for DG Set all as specified.

FENCING / GATE / RETAINING WALL

S&F chain link fencing plastic /PVC coated MS wire made out of 4.00mm outer dia, mesh size 75mm x 75 mm, including straining bolts etc and including provn of binding wires complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised punched type concertina coil of 600mm dia and fixed on angle iron post / struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire completed all as specified and directed. Note :- The one coil shall be so laid that it covers 5.5 RM length when strached.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Supply and Fix of advance Septic Tank of capacity 5000 ltrs made of LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) by Roto molding process having diameter 1.97 m with usual process variation and height 2.30 m with usual process variation, it shall have two chambers (zones) i.e. settling zone and Film zone (High Specific surface area) with pall ring media. First chamber for solid seperation zone and further degraded anaerobically. Second stage is high specific surface area (100 m2 / m3) vide fixed film plastic media to ratain high mass of anaerobic microorganism to degraded the organic matter in the sewage. Make : Sintex/Supreme/Aquatech Note :- All civil work and including excavation work will be measured seperately under respective parts of sewage disposal and excavation and earthwork.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT AND HARDSTANDING

M&L for design mix M-30 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in floor, pavement, hardstanding and like including necessary steel foam work and broom finishing for thickness of concrete upto 25cms complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S&F health fuscet chromium plated 50mm dia, 1 mtr length all as specified and directed
