Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick, stone walls, concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (including parapet, chajjas and balconies) in cement mortar 1:4

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 & n exc 1000, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs/ cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. completed all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, bore dia of pipe in 20 mm complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F in repair ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20 mm - 210 gms), Bore dia of pipe in 20 mm, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high all as directed by engr in charge.
