Providing and fixing 37 mm thick factory made PVC door shutter, styles and rails made of PVC hollow section of size 100 mm x 37 mm with wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt bead on one side, styles and rails mitered cut and joint at the corners by means of 2 nos of plastic brackets of size 75 mm x 220 mm at each corner and stainless steel screws, reinforcing the hinge side of style by inserting PVC profile of size 28 mm x 30 mm, with wall thickness 2 mm ( ± 0.2 mm). Credit for taking away dismentaled wash basin / urinal / EWC / IWC etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Rates mentioned shall be fixed & no variation will be applicable on this item)

Credit for taking away of C.P. brass/Brass bib cock, stop cock, long body bib cock, long nose bib cock, angle valve, ball valve, close hole basin mixer, C.P. waste in basin/ sink and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/measured before removing fron the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative complete as per direction/ satisfaction of Engineer - in- charge.

Credit for taking away of SCI pipe fitting, centrifugal cast (spun)/sand cast iron pipes and fittings, C.I. flushing cistern, G.I. pipes and fittings, steel doors, window, ventilators, grill, round or square bars, M.S. sections etc. and the like item received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative complete as per direction/ satisfaction of Engineer - in- charge.

Credit for taking away of PVC connections, PVC flushing cisten with fittings, PVC over head tank, PVC bib cock, stop cock, ball valve, loft tank etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative complete as per direction/ satisfaction of Engineer - in- charge.

Deduct for taking away of aluminium butt hinges, sliding door bolts, tower bolts, pull lock, handle, door stopper, casement stay, tee chanals, plates etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative complete as per direction/ satisfaction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
