SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XIII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED lamp working at 230 Volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested (design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1&2 by CPRI approved manufacturers) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS channel frame, 7 tank process, duly powder coated finish, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415V - 01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 Set (e) Slot for electronic energy meter - 09 Nos Outgoing:- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amp 240 V 10KA-09 Nos (ii) MCCB 3 Pole 40 Amp 415Volts, 16KA Note:- Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix cable tray perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and dircected.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Taking down old GI pipe including fittings of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old gate valve of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old GI pipe including fittings of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and screwing existing steel tubing of size 100 mm dia for alterations and additions or legthening screw on iron pipe to form connector, done in position without taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking down unservicable LT cables from trenches/ walls/ poles etc. of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old GI pipe light grade including fittings of size 40 mm dia from walls and poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road cutting for laying cables in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: Laying of cables and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule.

Material & labour for boring under roads / pavement / hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

DEMOLITION

Taking down main switch/ DBs including MCBs with board and fixtures of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old light fittings of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully single phase tamper proof energy meters (10-60 Amps) from any position/ location, sealing the cable end by disconnecting electrical connections, and shifting meters to deposit at E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down bib tap/stop valve/pillar tap/shower rose complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old sink complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old plate rack complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply and fix 4 Kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with intial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix 3 Kg light weight squeeze grip CO2 type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with CO2 gas filled in brand new seamless cylinder with powder coated finish, made out of Manganese steel with wheel type valve, discharge nozzzle, bend & horn, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolly mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix 9 litre mechanical foam type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with intial filling in brand new CO2 gas cartridge, house and ABS type branch pipe and wall mounting bracket/ floor trolly mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed .(In parking area).

Material and labour for 1.1 KV grade 3 core, 6mm2 copper conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cable conforming to IS 7098-1: 1988, having stranded aluminuim compact shaped conductors as per CI. 2 of IS 8130: 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanised steel strip/ wire and PVC Type ST-2 outer sheath conforming to IS 5831: 1984, including necessary clamping/ dressing with cable ties and termination complete all as specifed and directed .

Material and labour for GI wire 4mm dia as earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specifed and directed .

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for 150 mm dia DWCP pipe , laid, jointed and tested complete as specified and laid to slope in trenches jointed in CM 1:1 and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

HOT WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix heavy duty stainless steel connection pipe 15 mm size for hot and cold water/geyser connecting pipe of length 450 mm long with 1/2 inch nut complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : Amount of credit of Rs. 12,18,484.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 47 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
