Supply & fix three phase Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, naturally oil cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 300V to 480 V with output voltage stablized at 415 with accuracy + 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes:-

120 Sqmm 3.5 Core

95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

35 Sqmm 3.5 core

16 Sqmm 4.0 Core

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type - 2, flat, size 300x 180 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning LT outdoor type feeder piller box, factory fabricated cubical kiosk type whether vermin proof with IP-65, CPRI approved with locking arrangement and made out of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick suitable size of channel for base complete with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar chamber inc cable gland of suitable size and adequate nos and cabinet for housing mounting 01 No 125 Amp MCCB, 'C' series 26 KA 4 pole 415 Volts and duly powder coated mounted on PCC (1:4:8) platform commisioning washer chamber and panel board fixing an angle iron frame which is made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron duly marked the incoming outgoing controls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix Sheet Metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCB, triple pole and neutral enclosure with three pin and earth plug and socket complete with one triple pole MCB of 63 Amps, 10 KA, 415 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 25X4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machineincluding HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitablefor 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rates quoted for T & P are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Shifting and installing of 250 KVA transformer from MES power house to sub station no 8 near DSC mess (distance within 1 Km) and connecting HT/LT cables, earthing strips safely and also shifting existing transformer at sub station No 8 to MES power house by removing safely without any damages complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of transportation T&P and labour for shifting transformers deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Shifting and installing of 320 KVA silent DG set with AMF panel from Avionics lab to soft pen No 11 (distance within 1 Km) and connecting LT cables, earthing strips safely and also shifting existing DG set at soft pen No 11 to MES power house by removing safely without any damages complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of transportation T&P and labour for shifting DG sets deemed to be included in quoted rates..

Supply & fixing flame proof/weather proof 4 feet LED light fitting 2x18 Watt CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix flameproof/ weather proof exhaust fan, 12" (300mm), single phase,with and including louvers, complete CMRI certified recommended for gas group of IIA & IIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The rate quoated shall be in including making holes of suitable for exhaust fan of size 300 mm dia in PCC block masonry wall, making good the side of hole with CM (1:4) on wall with two coat of paint match with existing wall and distributed surface with 4 nos of stainless steel fastner of suitable size to fit the exhaust fan no extra payment will be allowed to contractor on this regard.

Supply & fix flame proof/weather proof rotory On/Off switch with termination box in LM6, 16A 2 pole 250V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix one light point/ fan point controlled by one, one way flame proof switch surface type wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through ERW steel conduit heavy duty ISI mark of size 20mm external dia with all accessories like tees, bends elbows, reducers bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosporus bronze/copper size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
