Supplying and stacking good earth (adequate for horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% of payment).

Supplying and stacking sludge (adequate for horticulture work) at site in dry cake form from approved disposal work at site including royalty all lead and lift etc. (Sludge measured in stack will be reduced by 8%).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure/farm yard manure/animal dung manure and good earth in required thickness. This includes supply of labour, tools and plant excluding materials.

Maintenance of hedge/red bodderplants/Duranta for one year including application of necessary pesticide, farm yard manure, replacement of damage hedge plant by new one complete in all respect as per instruction of E.I.C. (rate include supply of labour, tools and plants including materials). Payment to be made on top plan area.

Maintenance of trees for one year (avenue plants) including watering, trimming, manuring, spraying insecticide and guarding as required. (rate include supply of labour, tools and plants including materials).

Making lawns including ploughing breaking clods, removal of rubbish, dressing and supply doobs grass roots and planting at 15 cm apart, including supplying and spreading of farm yard manure at rate of 0.18 cum/100 sq. m.

Maintenance of lawns or Turfing of slopes (rough grassing) for a period of two year including watering etc.

Deweeding the pavement within the entire contract period.

Maintenance of exixting rose plants for two years by manuring, watering, supplying and applying insecticides, removal of fungicides etc. and including replacement of rose plants if required. 15beds to be maintained with 12 no. plants per bed. (Payment to be made per bed and satisfaction of the department).

Supplying and making new rose plants, and maintenance for one year by manuring, watering, insecticide, fungicide, fertilizing etc. as per satisfaction of department. 2 nos. bed to be prepared with 12 nos. rose plants on each bed. Payment to be made per plants on satisfactory condition of the department.

Supplying and making season flower including preperation of beds with manuring, watering, supplying and applying insecticides, fungicides, fertilizing etc. as approved and satisfaction of department.

For winter season October to February every year. The variety may be choosen from the enclosed list as approved by the department. 60 nos. beds to be prepared andcompleted in all respect as per satisfaction of the Department. Payment to be made per bed with satisfaction by the department.

For Summer season March to June every year. The variety may be choosen from the enclosed list as approved by the department.58 nos. beds to be prepared and completed in all respect as per satisfaction of department. Payment to be made per bed with satisfaction by the department.

For Rainy season July to September every year. The variety may be choosen from the enclosed list as approved by the department. 30 nos. beds to be prepared and completed in all respect asper satisfaction of department Payment to be made per bed with satisfaction by the department.

Maintenance of existing Bellie flower beds with each bed containing at least 15 plants, including replacement of plants if required for one year.

Maintenance of red border plants/Durranta Golden and replanting new where required by trimming, watering, dressing, cleaning on regular course as per satisfaction of the department. Payment to be done per Mtrs. With satisfaction of the department.

Supplying best quality different types of indoor plants (asper enclosed list) with different sizes (8", 10" & 12" dia) of decorative earthen pot / PVC best quality as approved by Department. Rate including supplying of manuring.

Maintening different types of indoor plants with manuring, washing, colouring outside of earthen pot as per direction of the Deptt. As and when required.

Maintenance of season flower potted plants as approved by the department, rate including the cost of replacement of die trees, trimming, application of insecticides, fungicides, painting the flower pot etc. upto the satisfaction of the department.

Maintenance of feature "WBSEDCL" of overall size of 5m x 1.5m with "Doranta Varigeta" in the sloped bed of size 6.55m x 3.13m in front of Garden of Vidyut Bhavan and bordered with "Red Alternenthera" hedge plant, the rest of the area covered with " Mexican grass carpet" including watering, trimming, manuring, spraying insecticide and guarding as required and replacement of plants where required during the period of contract of one year.

Maintenance of existing plants with drawing & making to decorative design of Kamini plants of size 1'6" to 1'10" including preparation of earth by manuring, watering, insecticides, fungicides fertilizing etc. for one year as approved and satisfaction of the department.

Maintenance of existing plants with drawing & making to decorative design of Thuja Jhau of size 1'6" to 2'0" including preparation of earth by manuring, watering, insecticides, fungicides fertilizing etc. for one year as approved and satisfaction of the department.

Supplying, drawing & making to decorative design of Mandir Jhau of size 1'6" to 2'0" including preparation of earth by manuring, watering, insecticides, fungicides fertilizing etc. for one year as approved and satisfaction of the department.

Removal of rubbish, debris, bushes & ors. from the complex and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, including hiring charges of Truck (6 wheelers), cost of fuel, lubricants, driver, helper and labour for loading and unloading, etc and all incidental charges complete.

Supplying best quality, decorative, approved earthen pot of size 200mm to 250mm inner-top diameter, including necessary red-oxide painting, filling earth, repoting plant, etc. complete as per directionas including cost of all materials, transportation, loading unloading, etc.
