Providing Security Services 2nd Call

The bidder shall quote a ‘Management Fee’ /‘Service Charge’ for providing goods and/ or Security Services, as applicable in the tender. The Service Charge shall be quoted as a percentage of the Monthly Emoluments payable to one number of (unskilled+ Semi-skilled + Skilled) workers deployed for providing security services in the Institute. Here ‘Statutory Monthly Emoluments’ shall mean total amount payable as per Row 12 of Contractor/Agency’s Monthly Bill –Part :B ,Section -VIII. Rates are as per the minimum wages notified by the office of the Labour Commissioner, Government of West Bengal. Goods and Service Tax (GST) as applicable from time to time shall be paid extra. No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid. The bidder may quote up to a maximum of 7.5 % (Seven point Five percent) as Management Fee/ Service Charge. (For example: If you quote the figure ‘4’. It means that you will charge 4 % (four percent) of total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to the one number of (unskilled+ semi-skilled +skilled) workers deployed for security services in the Institute as Management Fee per month. Goods and Service Tax (GST) as applicable from time to time shall be paid extra. No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid. You may quote up-to a maximum of 7.5 % (Seven point five percent) as management fee/ Service Charge.
