Propulsion motors plummer blocks works( 02 in nos in Port side and 02 in nos in Stbd side) Propulsion motors plummer block bearings to be dismantled,inspection of top and bottom bearing shells(white metal),bearing clearences to be checked and recorded,drain the oil, clean the bearing housing and oil tank and refilled with new oil (Oil ship supply),bearing connected mountings to be removed and refitted,check the NDT test and provide reports,Torque tightining of all bolts as per manual, satisfactory operation to be showned to ship staff.all required materials like bolts,gaskets and consumables are in contractor scope, Approximate dimensions: shaft dia=210 mm,length=500 mm and width=300 mm

Propulsion motors shaft Loading Checks ( 03 in nos in Port side and 03 in nos in Stbd side) Shaft Loading Checks of Propulsion motors shafts (Propulsion motors output shaft bearing, Center plummer blocks and propulsion motors rare bearing) to be carried out.Shaft dia: 210 mm. Shaft Loading reports to be made and submitted to ship.all required hydraulic jacks,calibrated guages and consumables are in contractor scope
