Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (fifty metre) .All kinds of soil as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with (M-20) 1:1.5:3 (one cement is to one point five coarse sand is to three crushed graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete work including cost of binding wire upto all floor level TMT of grade Fe-500D or more steel bars including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (C.C. 1:3:6)(One cement is to three Coarse sand is to six crushed graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete hume pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One Cement is to two Sand) ,including cost of excavation, protection work, back filling ,concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapet as per MORD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 1108. 600mm dia ( Six hundred millimetre) including entire carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
