Annual meter reading and spot billing work of Rural feeders (Barakot, Regru and Simalkhet) from 33/11 KV S/S Barakot for One Year. As per site condition of 6 nos of trained meter readers required to execute above work. Details of infrastructure as below:- A. No. of connection connected L&F - 4544 Nos. Aprox. Commercial & Small and medium power - 151 Nos. Aprox. ( Total Nos. of Commercial Consumer complaints per month aprox 30 Nos.) i. 11 KV Barakot Feeder 62 No. ii. 11 KV Regru Feeder 53 No. iii. 11 KV Simalkhet Feeder 36 No. Total No. of Commercial & Small and medium power Connection 151 No. C. Monthly meter reading by SBM machine and bill distributioin of consumers in the area connected from above feeders ( average monthly consumer 2423 Nos/ Mpnth including solar consumers, 12X151+6X4544 =29076 No./Year) As per site condition 6 no. meter readers are required if NA, NR, RDF, CDF percantage is more than 2% so penalty of Rs. 50/bill/month (which have no limit) imposed to contractor.
