Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes not exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exceeding 400 Sqm and exceeding 50 mm deep but not exceeding 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using Hot mix plant & Mechanical paver with @ 4% paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Soft stones such as lime stones, sand stones, slate stone etc will not be allowed to be incorporated in the work.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 05 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced wate bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt and dust etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated/ compacted thickness using Hot Mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, by using (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required camber and gredient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid with special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturers instruction and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Cat Eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 of make Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions including removal of existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of metal tubular delineator DA-74 or equivalent made out of 45 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm total height duly powder coated and made of top quality and durable glass reflector made of top quality weather resistance plastic material (thermo plastic polyster clastomer) 3 bands of green/ red/ yellow reflector of size 25 mm wide strips and embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm including removal of existing complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in repairs of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shell (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 60 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as per manufacturers instructions including taking out old cat eyes and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in repairs of Solar delineators of 1000 mm x 47 mm made of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium body height 145 mm,. diameter 80 mm comprises of 4 super LEDs which gave 360 degree viewing, solar panel - 2.5 V, 120 mm (approx) 1.25 V rechargeable battery - 1 Number and mounted on mild steel pipe of 50 mm duly powder coated, anti theft steel net of size 700 mm x 50 mm x 100 mm including removal of existing complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for preparation of undecorated concrete surfaces of road side kerb stone and similar items of any description and any position exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the strio pattern of different tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick spread thickness moorum, red bajri filling as in berm including rolling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 250 mm x 250 mm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment machine made 1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks/ tiles, of trinagular/ Zig zag/ Haxagone/ I, in shape or size and design as approved, with grey cement and pigment, having crushing strength not less than 300 Kg/ Sqcm and conforming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as 75 mm thick finished fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning including filling the joints with sand as in floors/ paths including watering and consolidation. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of convex curved mirror on road of dia 600 mm with pole complete all as specified and as directed including taking down the existing. (Note: Excavation for bed block of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 200 mm filling with cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and clearing of the area shall be included in the rate quoted.)

Supply and fixing in repairs of road traffic sign board (i.e. Mandatory, regulatory, cautionary/ warning signs) of standard size and shape as per IRC 67 at specified height from ground, sign like (STOP, GIVE WAY, TURNING , TRUCKS PROHIBITED, BLOWING HORN PROHIBITED, U TURN, NO STOPPING, NO STANDING etc), stainless steel of 304 series and should be retro reflective border should be red colour/ green and inside marking is black/ white and fixed with pole and or complete all as specified and as directed including taking down the existing. (Note: Excavation for bed block of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 200 mm filling with cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and clearing of the area shall be included in the rate quoted.)

Material and labour for pole of stainless steel 304 series of any dia and any thickness complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling old pipe.

Supply and fixing in repairs of stainless steel 304 series retro reflective board written on both sides of any size and shape board colour green and white as per IRC 67:2012 also including fixing etc and any type font size of alphabet/ number and board sheet thickness etc including dismantling old board. Complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Board will attach with stainless steel pole and embedded as Excavation for bed block of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 200 mm filling with cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and clearing of the area shall be included in the rate quoted.)
