Unloading of gunny bales,/HDPE/BOPP bags.

Processing of raw seed which include following operations:

Unloading of raw seed from trucks, stacking in to godowns.

DIRECT PACKING:

Destacking of raw seed, carrying of raw seed from godown to feeding hoper of grading unit. Processing/ grading of raw seed, stencilling of seed bags, seed treatment/putting the seed treatment chemical pouch (including preparation of pouch from bags/drum of seed treatment chemicals) in seed bags.

Packing of graded seed in NFL`s bag as per State Seed Certification Agency Norms. Weighing, stitching, tagging, labelling, sealing (Printed Label, Lead seal, thread & stencil shall provide by Contractor. However, label design will be given by company for printing) and again shifting in to godown including lot wise seed sample preparation for submission to State Seed Certification Agency. Collecting, packing, weighing and properly storage of undersize/ rejections.

Collection of empty bags, bundling and stacking of bags in store.

Lot wise loading of Undersize/rejected seed in to trucks/ trolley.

Replacement of Cut and torn bags during operation.

INDIRECT PACKING:

Lifting of raw seed from the stores to the feeding hoper of the grading unit, grading/ processing of raw seed, bulk packing of graded seed, weighing and stitching of graded seed bags. Shifting into godowns and lot wise stacking of graded seed. Collecting of undersize/ rejected seed, weighing, packing and properly storage of undersize. Cleaning of godowns right from intake of raw seed till lifting of seed from the store.

Lot wise lifting of graded seed from the stack move the stock to packing floor, treatment of seed as per certification norms, preparation of seed treatment chemical pouch from seed treatment chemical bags/drum and putting in seed bags, stencilling of bags, preparation of tags and labels. Packing of certified seed lot wise as per State Seed Certification Agency norms. Weighing, stitching, tagging, labelling & sealing (Printed Label, Lead seal, thread & stencil shall provide by Contractor. However, label design will be given by Company for printing). Shifting of packed seed from packing floor to godown and stacking.

i) Packing in Jute/BOPP/HDPE/Canvas bags size 30-40kgs.

Segregation :-Segregation of seed lots from the stack due to rejection of lots in seed testing by Seed Certification Agency. Removal of tags lot wise and defacing of seed bags and changing in to bulk packing.

Re-grading: Lot wise lifting of substandard graded seed from the stores to the feeding hoper of the grading unit, grading/ processing of substandard graded seed, bulk packing of graded seed, weighing and stitching of graded seed bags. Shifting into godowns and lot wise stacking of graded seed. Collecting of undersize/ rejected seed, weighing, packing and properly storage of undersize. Cleaning of godowns right from intake of substandard graded seed till lifting of seed from the store. Loading of undersize into trucks/trolleys

Warehousing: Storage charges per quintal of seed per month for actual stored quantity( Insurance of stock shall be arranged by NFL) Calculated for 9 months

Fumigation

Fumigation and spray charges per quintal of seed stock during storage period. (Two fumigation One – Pre monsoon and Other Post monsoon) for Wheat and Gram Crop only. (Rate to be quoted per fumigation) Weekly spray for pest control from recommended pesticide.
