The Tenderers/Agency/firm should possess valid Class-I Electrical Registration Certificate/ Electrical Inspectorate
The prospective Tenderer should have successfully carried out similar work in Gov./MNC / Public Organization (State/Central/ MNC/Public)
Tenderers should be accompanied by copies of Registration certificates under Income Tax, PAN, GST
The annual value of single similar work at a unit should not be less than Rs.20 lakhs per annum. Copies of Work Orders and work done to be enclosed
The bidders shall submit the details of works for Comprehensive AMC for HVAC handled by them in Government organization/MNC/Public limited company for the last three years as on date of submission of bids
Tenderer should preferably have as registered office in Karnataka or should have necessary permission/ license to operate in Karnataka
Tenderer should be in existence continuously for the past 3 years in the similar business
The Tenderer should have filed income tax Returns and Balance Sheet/Turnover for the last Five (5) years and the same shall be uploaded. From 2020-21 to 2024-25
The annual turnover certificate, certified by Chartered Accountant for the preceding 5 years shall be uploaded. The Turnover in any two last 5 years should not be less than Rs.40 lakhs
