Supply, delivery of 180 (+/- 8 WATT) watt LED Street Light colour 6000K, Optics - Type II medium, efficacy - 130lm/watt , Protection : IP 66 & 10KV surge , body - Aluminium Die casting, Certificate - LM 79, LM80, IP,driver specification, CRI 70. Test cirtificate from NABL accreditation LAB ( LM79 & IP).

Supply & delivery of 3.66 mtr high architecturally designed decorative ornamental pole, structurraly sound for outside installation in open and engineered to withstand adverse weather conditions, Single Arm (as per sketch enclosed), colour coated with epoxy zinc phospahte primer, built-in control box with die cast aluminium service door including lock and safety chain, the control gear tray prewired with MCB, terminal connectors for loop-in loop-out arrangement.

Supply & delivery of 30 watt LED fixture including all accessories for installation on 3.66 mtr decorative ornamental Poles.The LED shall belong to safety class I, with Protection Class IP65, CE-conformity mark, prewired with LED driver and suitable for operation on 240v,50Hz single phase AC supply.

Erection of 3.66 meter pole at site with clamps/base plate using MS nuts & bolts ( Including supply of clamps/Base Plate, Nuts & Bolts and any other fixing material as per site requirement.

Supply & fixing of SMC/FRP waterproof type (IP-55) looping cable box on newly erected poles and existing poles having size 240 x 130 x 95 mm depth, hinged front cover & 6AMP - 20AMP MCB 1no., on insulator, 1 no 4- way bakelite connector, and having lined with rubber gasket front cover with brass machine screw etc. Earthing terminal with lug on pcc pole near base including supply & fixing suitable MS clamps with nuts & bolts etc. complete in all respects per direction of EIC.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required) 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm).The material should be ISI approved and as per relevant BIS/Code.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required) 3 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm). The material should be ISI approved and as per relevant BIS/Code.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including supply & fixing 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments including drilling of holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supply of 1.1 kv grade 4 core x 16 sqmm XLPE Aluminum conductor armored cable LT 100 volts grade conforming IS : 7098 (Part - I).

Supply of 1.1 kv grade 4 core x 6 sqmm XLPE Aluminum conductor armored cable LT 100 volts grade conforming IS : 7098 (Part - I).

Supply of High Density Poly-ethylene Pipe conforming to IS - 4984 - 1985 (40 mm Dia) [PE - 63].

Laying of one cable upto 50 Sq.mm through existing RCC/Hume/GI Pipe open masonry trench for single 2.3.5 & 4 core.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below. For 4 Core 16 Sq.m.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials For 4 Core 16 Sq.m

Labour for fitting and fixing high density poly-ethylene pipes or P.V.C. pipes for above ground work including cost of jointing materials paints etc. fitting and fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, making threads, cutting holes in walls or R.C. floor where necessary and mending good all damages excluding the cost of masonry or concrete work, if necessary, but including the cost and fitting and fixing holder bat clamps(any floor) or for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

"Supply the feeder pillar box will be made 2.64 mm. CRCA sheet with 50mm. x 50mm. x 6mm. M.S. angle frame, double hinge door, both front sides with stiffeners handle complete integral canopy & panel outdoor installation, after completion of total primer will have to be applied followed by two coats of finish paint (Synthetic enamel paint grey of approved shade) door sealing arrangement are to be made with soft rubber gasket of thickness not less then 3 mm. cable entry will be bottom only for which detachable type gland plate with punch holes suitable size of PVC armored cable. The feeder pillar box will have earth bus made from G.I. plate of size 25mm. x 6mm. Electrolytic grade copper plate of size 25mm. x 6mm. for phase & neutral will have to be provided & fixed on insulator & bus bar should be colored coated PVC sleeved, inter-connection between bus & components are to be made by 1.1 KV grade insulated copper conductor of suitable size, 2 nos. full threaded G.I. bolts, nuts, washers are to be provided on two sides of the feeder pillar box as earth stud, the overall tentative of the feeder pillar box will be 1200(H) x 700(W) x 450(D) approx. with the following components. 100 Amp. 4 Pole MCCB Siemens / ABB make……..1 No. - 63 Amp. Porcelain Puse Unit - 2 Nos. The enclosure shall be suitable IP 55 protection & two nos. danger plate to be provided on the front & rear door of the feeder pillar box.
