TRAWL WINCH HYDRAULIC BALANCING VALVES OVERHAULING: NOTE : 1.JOB TO BE CARRIED OUT ON TUNKEY BASIS. 2.VENDORS WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED Main Trawl winch counter balance valves 2 Nos are to be removed and leak to be rectified. Hydraulic oil leaking to be rectified. The foundation area to be filled with Terracotta compound. Spares required for overhauling of valves are to be arranged by vendor

SUB : STP PLANT SERVICING NOTE : JOB TO BE EXECUTED ON TURNKEY BASIS,SPARE ARRANGEMENT IS UND VENDOR'S SCOPE. VENDORS WITH PREVIOUS EXPERINECE IN SERVICING OF STP PLANTS ONLY WIL CONSIDERED

a) Sewage tank to cleaned, scrapped and painted.

b) System intermediate valves to be serviced.size 80NB .Spares for overhauling of the valves are to be arranged by vendor

c) Pump to be serviced.Spares required for overhauling is to be arranged by vendor.

SUB : ANCHOR WINCH OVERHAULING NOTE : 1.THE JOB TO BE CARRIED OUT ON TURNKEY BASIS,SPARES REQUIRED TO BE ARRANGED BY VENDOR. 2.SYSTEM TO BE COMMISSIONED TO THE SATISFACTION OF VESSEL. 3.ANCHOR WINCH IS A HYDRAULIC OPERATED WINCH,DEFECTS ARISED DURING COMISSIONING TO BE RECTIFIED WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST. 4.Anchor windlass to be overhauled, it’s hydraulic motor to be removed, overhauled, corroded allen bolts& other bolt and nuts are to be renewed, after completion the windlass to be commissioned. Damaged Anchor windlass foundation plate to be renewed. After renewal , the foundation, area to be filled with terracotta compound.required Spares procurement & supply are under contractor's scope.

c) Pump to be serviced.Spares required for overhauling is to be arranged by vendor.

Overhauling of windlass. Overhauling involves dismantling of the winch along with brake bands. Renewal of brake bands,metal build up on the worn out portions of brake drum to be carried out with suitable electrodes. Gear box to be dismantled and renewal oil to be renewed. backlash of the gear to be checked and the same to be adjusted. Renewal of the bearings to be carried out. Spares required for overhauling as above viz., bearings, brake bands, gear oil, elecrodes etc., are under vendor's scope.
