Supply, Laying and testing only of LT cable 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated underground electric cable PVC bedded and sheathed steel wire/strip armoured aluminum stranded conductor of size 16 Sq mm 4 core complete all as directed.

Supply, Laying and testing only of LT cable 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated underground electric cable PVC bedded and sheathed steel wire/strip armoured aluminum stranded conductor of size 35 Sq mm 4 core complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil , not.exc 1.5 mtr wide and not.exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc in complete as sepecified.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr depth & n.exc 3 mtr for foundation and laying of cable and getting out in hard loose soil let complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level from starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT under ground cable including watering and consolidation.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded aggregate) type D2 for foundation of poles ,struts & stay assembly etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in coping of poles etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting of capacity 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure diecast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver with impact and corrosion resistant including all fixing accessories complete with IP 65 protection mounting bracket made out of medium grade GI tubing 32 mm bore 1.5 M long & bend to shape with FR PVC insulated copper conductorof size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm + 1x1.5 Sqmm earth wire single core cable including 02 Nos MS Clamps, Nut Bolts, Washers etc all as directed

Supply and fixing pole mounted thermoplastic cable junction box for steet light with IP-66 protection, halogen free and weather proof with metric knockouts for cable entry for outdoor installation of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm with front door opening system including terminals for one incoming and two outgoing cables of size 16/25 sqmm 2/4 core, one MCB SP 3 to 6 Amp 240V AC with mounting clamp of flat iron, nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed. Make of J/B - HENSEL, MCB - Schneider/C&S/L&T .

M&L for feeder piller box factory made pedestal type, cubical outdoor type, double door, varmin and weather proof of over all dimension (0.60x0.60x0.45) meter with clearance from ground 450 mm based on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet including canopy type roof 15 cm extended in all side and two part hinged door in front sides with locking arrangement and gasket arrangement with one Nos pad lock of 7 lever and three Nos keys and back side fixed with nuts & guskets, including provision of one set of bus bar (4 Nos. aluminum strip of size 40mm x 10mm of 30 cm long ) as incomer and ONE out going aluminum busbur of size 40x6 mm each of required length as directed (Set of 04 strips ) as out going fixed on porcelain insulator and provision of cable gland for cable entry including two coat of powder coated paint complete all as directed including provision of following:- (i) M&L fo one numbers of outgoing MCCB's 63 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Volt of rating 25 KA breacking capacity with suitable size aluminium connection busbars covered with PVC sleeves for incoming & out going sides of MCCB's inside the feeder piller box, all as directed as per site requirement. (ii) Indicating lamp LED type with holder key flush mounted, Red, Yellow, blue with toggle switch -one set ( set of three) as in incoming phases. (iii) Astronomical time switch 110-240V 1 C/O - 2 Mod in street light circuit to control the ON/OFF timing. (iv) Power contactor 3 pole with AC 415 volt coil, Up to 40 Amp rating. Note : (a) Neccessary earth work and PCC for installation of feeder pillar boxe deemed in quoted rates. (b) Aluminum strip should be in RYB-B colour code with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves and hole in busbar strip as directed above.

M&L for Galvanised steel tubes 20 mm bore, light grade for protection of 2.5 sqmm cable complete all as directed.

S&F GI pipe 40 mm light grade with all fitting fixed to electric pole for cable protection with suitable size clamp, nut bolt and washers all as directed.

S&F GI pipe 50 mm medium grade with all fitting laid in trenches or laid in floor/road for protection of UG cable all as directed.

M & L Prestressed concrete pole , 9.0 meters long , 102 mm X 152mm at top and , 102mm x 289mm at bottom class 10 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L , earthing complete for machinary / Equipment installed at power house / sub station with galavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cmx 60 cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less then 1.5m below normal Ground level connected galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washerws and check nuts all shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part- I connected to main board / disribution board complete .Earthing GI lead and GI protection pipe 15 mm dia light grade upto 7.5 m from earth pit connecting to machinary/ equipment, testing point, all as specified and testing on completion all as per directed.

Note :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard /dense soil , PCC type C-I (1:3:6) chamber , PCC 1:2:4 type B-I cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars,150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium graded , GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to items No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing specified on SI page No. 389 of SSR Part - II.

(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid separatelly if required under appropriate Schedule.

Note :- (i) Earthing shall be tested as specified in casul 19.137 of SSP PART - I 2009 , to the entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) On teting after complataion of earthing , if the desired earth resistance is not obatined the earthing wiil be re done by the contractor at his on risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engr - in - charge.
