SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XI (MISC ITEMS) (Note : The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Supply and fix, testing and commisioning of black steel pipes confirming to IS: 1239/3589 (Heavy duty) including all fittings like anchor fasteners, couplings, bends, elbows, tees, flanges etc. welding as required painting with one coat of red-oxide primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paints to give an even shade incl all civil breakages, cutting holes and chases in brick walls , filling the annular space between pipe & wall/slab/beam with hand mixed concrete 1:2:4 and making good with cement mortar completeall as directed for size 40 mm dia (wall thickness as per IS-1239) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher capacity 4.5 kg conforming to IS 15683, with ISI marked/TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets, PESO/CCOE Approved cylinder body and confirms to IS : 7285, High grade Enamel painted externally with PO Red finish, wheel operated controllable discharge high Pressurebress valve confirming to IS : 3224 which is provided with pressure relief dischargeable and easy to service, non conductive agent for electrical use without risk to operator ,CO2 gas disappiears quickly leaving no residue applicable on class B & C and electrically started fire, B rating 21B started fire, A Rating-3A, Rating 21B, safety pin is of SS material, Sheet metal thickness: 1.0 mm, Helium Leak Detection Tested ISI Approved IS 15683:2006. 5 years Warranty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of ABC type Fire Extinguisher capacity 6 kg filled with Mono Ammonium Phosphate powder 50% conforming to IS 14609, powder coated MS body stored Pressure type Discharge time 18 Sec, controllable discharge is 90%, applicable on class A,B & C and electrically started fire, A Rating-3A, Rating 21B, safety pin is of SS material, Sheet metal thickness: 1.0 mm, Helium Leak Detection Tested ISI Approved IS 15683:2006. 5 years Warranty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour (or nearest size) Tank capacity min 70 Ltrs.Plastic/PVC Body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT Panel, Outdoor type, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed, platform mounted, factory made having front openable shutter with locking arrangement made out of CRCA steel sheet 3.15 mm thick with MS angle iron frame work of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick, duly painted all as specified including necessary foundation bolts, PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 platform of suitable size for mounting the panel, suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system with suitable insulated aluminium busbar of capacity not less than 600 Amps and shall be complete with internal wiring with copper conductor and including the following accessories:-

(A) Main Incoming (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, TPN (4 pole), 125 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 16 KA, with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting - 01 No. (ii) LED Multifucntional Panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor, kWH, etc with all connected CTs. (iii) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue (03 Lights) - 01 Set

(B) Main Outgoing (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, 4 pole, 100Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 16 KA, with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting - 02Nos. M & L for cutting of existing 150 mm DI pipeline and inserting Tee 150x150x80 mm and connecting 50 GI pipe with reducer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Electric terrace Fire control Panel, metal clad cubical type suitable for 415 Volts AC three phase 4wire 50Hz supply system. The panel should be suitable for automatic operation for the fire pump as per the specific parameter. The panel shall be completely compartmentalised and complete with relays, contactors, starters, copper bus bar 100A rating, designation lables as per requirement, continuous earth bar , panel separators, protective screens, cable clamping supports system, panel lamps, top/bottom cable cable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable entries including the following accessories complete:-

(A) For Incoming (i) MCCB 3 pole, 40 Amps, 16 KA-1No (ii)Automatic/manual switch & control wiring for automatic operation of main fire pump sets - 01 No. (iii) Digital Ammeter with CT's 100Amps. (iv) Digital Voltmeter 0-500Volts. (v) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue (03 Lights) - 01 Set (B) For Outgoing (i) MCCB 3 pole, 32 Amps, 16 KA-1No

Supply and Fixing Energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED Lamp working at 230 volts 50 Hz complete as specified and directed.
