Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc and Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permisies etc and Material and labour for Vitrified ,coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mmx600 mm x 8 to 9 mm thick as in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:6 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permisies etc and Material and labour for non skid Coloured ceramic tiles 300mm X 300mm X 7mm thick in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over & including screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permisies etc and Material and labour for 300x200x7mm thick, coloured, glazed ceramic tiles as in skirting/Dado, laid and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 including triangular filleting on top in CM 1:4. all as specified and directed.
