Cleaning and removing of all scale and dirt etc. from PVC water storage tank, and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. including using 250gm of bleaching powder per tank and reconnecting in same position using new tank nipples for inlet and outlet pipe connection of same internal bore dia., capacity of tank exc. 250 litres and not exc. 500 litres each and marked on tank with white synthetic enamel paint as " tank cleaned on ________" complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick as in ridges, hips, valley gutters of any shape and size, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 micron etc. including dismantling and taking down plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any guage, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. including dismantling and takind down Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheets in roof, walls covering, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 4mm thick Asbestos Cement plain building boards for ceiling in flat or sloping fixed to timber framework with screws etc. including preparation of new Asbestos surfaces of ceiling and apply two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, with sectional area exc. 6sqcm & not exc. 13sqcm in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or beads etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding of any thickness (but not backing) over brick/concrete surface, and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement mixed with pigments to match the tile colour over 20mm screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) in vertical surface, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over 10mm thick rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour over 15mm thick screed bedding in cement sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm crushed and graded stoone aggregate) in flooring and finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/ steel frames or any type fixed with putty or fixed with beads etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet glass 3 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or in wooden frmae with wooden beadings in square/rectangular or any shape not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane etc complete all as specified and directed.
