Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F Coloured Glazed Ceramic tiles (Digital Designer tiles) of size 450 mm x 300 mm and 7-8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F non skid ceramic coloured tiles square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm and 7 - 8 mm thick as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4( top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in C M 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces after preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests and connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete with provision of lime concrete bedding including & fixing new WC in repair and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC valve-less, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, 10 litre capacity white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair sinks matt finish anti scratch stainless steel without drainage board made out of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with ;plugs, washers, and waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets, and connecting union to pipe overall size 915 mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) white with ‘P’ or ‘S” trap, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair plastic water closet seat, white closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover for pedestal pan and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging devices complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L Granite slab work 20 to 25mm thick in floors steps, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cutting recess opening for the sink portion and embedding complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base and finishing top surface even and fair complete all as specified and direccted.

S & F in repair highly durable Foor Operated Tap which can be used in public area for touchless hand wash system along with a table mounted Spout which will be installed at the basin or counter top. Foot operated tap has a highly durable quality and made from Virgin quality brass which is an alloy of copper and zinc and does not catch rust. The operation of this foot valve occurs by pressing it with your feet and the water will comes from the spout installed on the basin, thread size is 15mm BSP complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-In-Charge. Note: The layout/drawing for this itam will be approved the GE before placing the order by the contractor and unit rate included in this item.

M & L for for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Note: Flat Plane area shall be measured and paid. Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc. Stage 2:- Providing 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd and allow to dry for 8 hours under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP(The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:- Filling the Same Portion with plain concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (This item of PCC will be measured and paid for separately as M & L under appropriate item of Sch 'A') Stage 6:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600 mm long 40 mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.
