Construction of 300 mm dia 220 mt deep Tubewell

Transportation of suitable truck mounted rig machine, aircompress or, OPunit, camp equi pageconnected T&P and necessary accessories ,casing pipe,tube well assembly, housingpipeetc .includingloading, unloading, up to site of work etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineerin charge, required for drillingand development oftubewell:

Erection and levelling of rig machine and camp equipage at site of work

drilling of 550mm dia bore by heavy duty direct rotary rig machine in aluvial boulders pebbles rocky stone sticy clay etc from ground lavel up to entire depth for 300 mm dia linear assembly.

Preparing and lowering of TW assembly (starting fron gound level to the reqyured depth including cutting welding as requred at site complete with T&P requred (i) fixing of 300 mm dia ball with nut and u bolt.

fixing of 300 mm dia thick tuebell cap

fixing of 300 mm dia M.S.D.I housing clamp

Dismentling of rig machine and clearence of size after satisfactory completion of work.

procuement of TW assembly as below (i) 300 mm dia MSERW pipe 7.90 mm thick (a) blind & threaded.

B) sloted and threated

ii) 300 mm dia bail plug.

iii) 300 mm dia M.S well Cap

iv) 300 mm dia M.S clamp with nut and bolt

v) supply of pea gravel of size 1.6 mm to 4.8 mm

vi) surrounding of pea gravels in between bore and tuewell assembly up to entired depth of tubell orderded by th depportment.

Development of TW by 350 PSI/1400CFMair compressor unitto the satisfaction of Engineer in charge to give sand free discharge and proper packing of pea gravels,at least for 70 hrs.

Development of tube well by the suitable submersible OP unit complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant having 2000 lpm discharge approximate including running of OP unit and yield approximate including running of OP unit and yield testing oftube well by 'V' notch,at least for 60 Hrs. to

MS COLUMN PIPE ASSEMBLY,MOTOR PUMP SET AND OTHER REQUIRED NECESSARY ITEMS Excavation in ordinary soil for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M with back filling , watering ,ramming of excavated earth in the trenches

Providing all materials, Carting site store to site of work laying and Jointing of 150 mm Dia 5.6 mm Thick MSERW pipe with the help of Electric Welding

Supply of 125MM dia of M.S. Column Pipe 5.8 mm thick, 3M long, both side flanged, suitable for lowering of pump sets including akll complete

Supply of Rubber packing for submersible of lowering pipe
