SPL REPAIR OF SECURITY LIGHT AT FASF AT MIL STN BHUJ UNDER GE (A) BHUJ

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specfied and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specfied and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of LT cables punning after filling complete as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class , LV , Type I flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid dry in treches over under ground cables complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply fix in repair, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, Prestressed cement concrete pole 9 mtr long confirming to IS-1678 (latest) with minimum cross sectional area 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom , class - 10 ,removing of old pole to side and taking down MS channels carefully and refixing of MS channel on new pole ,taking down of pin/disc insulator, ACSR conductor, street light fitting with bracket from old pole to new pole and refixing the same , restringing of old conductor as per site requirement , providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete( M&L)complete all as specfied and directed. (Note -SSR part I clause No.19.5 & 19.52 and other relevant clauses of SSR refers for execution of work and poles shall be procured directly from the manufacturer mentioned in tender documents.)

M&L for taking down old damged PCC pole and carefully taking down street light fiitings, bracket, Aluminium conductor of any size and other connected items complete all as specfied and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m in depth and not exceeding 3.0m depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shaft, walls, cesspts, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc., water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete for poles/struts etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed.
