Charges for engaging Shift technician- 2 nos. per Shift in 3 shifts on round the clock basis (24x7) for the operation and maintenance of High side and Low side HVAC equipment installed in Vismaya building, charges including salary of technicians (6 Nos), all statutory benefits of employees including ESI, PF,bonus, gratuity, medical insurance, releiver charges, charges for providing uniforms, safety shoes, ID cards, shift mobile phone, tools, equipment required for the operation and maintenance of the AC system, travelling expenses if any, leave salary, administrative expenses, over head and profit and all other expenses. Note: Charges per month for enagaing 6 Nos technicians. ( 2 persons in each shift x 3 shifts per day)
Charges for engaging Supervisor in general shift (8.30 A.M to 6P.M) for the operation and maintenance of High side and Low side HVAC equipment installed in Vismaya building, charges including salary, all statutory benefits of supervisor including ESI, PF,bonus, gratuity, medical insurance, releiver charges, charges for providing uniforms, safety shoes, ID cards, shift mobile phone, tools, equipment required for the operation and maintenance of the AC system, travelling expenses if any, leave salary, administrative expenses, over head and profit and all other expenses. Note: Charges per month for engaging 1No Supervisor.
Charges for Comprehensive AMC of Low side HVAC equipment installed in Vismaya building including Cooling Towers, Primary pumps, secondary pumps, condenser water pumps, Secondary pump VFD panels including VFD etc. complete. Quoted rates include the cost for routine servicing/maintenance and break down repairs as and when required ensuring trouble free operation of the HVAC plant, various types of AC units, BMS system and all other equipment and system related to the HVAC system including repair and replacement scope mentioned in detail in the section of Comprehensive AMC contract of HVAC system in the technical bid document. Note: Charges for Comprehensive AMC per month
