M & L for excavation in any type of soil through trenchless technology by HDD (Horizontal directional drilling method) including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment. Preparing new pipe work material including all related civil work and mechanical work like excavation shoring/strutting etc drilling, stringing reaming and pulling back the new pipe work on the path alingment proper disposal of drilling fluid and ground penetration radar survey to protect any exiting utilities at the pipe installation location restoration of site after completion all inclusive as specified for trenchless technology suitable for making horizontal bore of size 300 mm dia suitable for 250 mm casing pipe of wall thickness 5mm minimum for protection of 150 mm dia DI pipe to any depth by manually or any means complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) DI Pipe will be measured and paid for separately. (b) Rate includes the cost of drilling of bore hole, casing pipe 250 mm dia & welding pushing etc. complete (c ) Prior permission from user for execution of bore required is the responsibility of the contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning of DI Pipe of size 150 mm bore including jointing material (tyton joints), as per IS 8329, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle ) tapers any type, collars,tail pieces,caps and plugs up to 150 mm bore confirming to IS: 9523 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 80mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked including all fittings in old/new position as in walls and ceilling/trenches complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for sand cushioning in layers of sand before and after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS works of any sizes of angles irons/flat iron works for, for water storage tank PVC staging ,openwell submersible pump set and base frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS works of any sizes of MS sheet 3 mm thick works for U/S UG Sumps for making valve pit cover and UG Sump cover etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick with cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick walls for finishing the surfaces fair and even complete

M&L for PCC Type B-2 (1:4:8) by using 40 mm graded crushed broken stone aggregate for foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing surcface by using spray gun with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paints on existing suction/ delivery pipe lines, including Headers of any size using Blue/Red/Black colour as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for jointing of HDPE pipe of 110 mm bore duly heated on ends of HDPE pipe in built with socketed end, flanges, incl nut & bolts and washers etc required at site complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing MS pipe header as per IS-3589, 250 mm dia size min 6 mm thick 2 mtr length with flanged ends closed with dead plates not less than 18 mm thich fixed with nuts bolts and washers and rubber gasket and including provision of following incomming and outgoing connection, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified.
