Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note - Trenches shall be excavated for water supply pipe lines all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I ).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm of soils complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up/down existing old UNSV CI/DI/GI/UPVC/CPVC tubing alongwith fixed connections and fittings like sluice valve, gate/globe valves, stop valves from walls and ceilings trenches,under floor or road,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes : -

Material & labour for construction of valve chamber with MS sheet cover 3 mm thick with angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 mm, double door type and with locking arrangements including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in foundation, PCC benching 1:2:4 type B-1, PCC (1:5:8) block masonry 20 cm thick in cement mortar (1:6), 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, PCC bed in (1:3:6), painting one coat of red oxide and two coats of bituminous black paint on all steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of size 1050 mm x 1050 mm x 1000 mm type C (internal dimensions). (Note:- Rate of above item shall include the cost of demolition of existing valve chamber).

Supply & fix in replacement of 10000 Litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe including disconnecting & taking down the existing water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type-D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.sub base as in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in replacement of GI medium grade 150 mm bore pipe(03 m length) with heavy duty flanged ISI marked welded on both side and nut bolt ,washer of suitable size including taking out old corroded column pipe both side flanged complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
