Taking down carefully un-serviceable/old rolling shutters of size exceeding 5 Sqm but n. exc 10 Sqm each, gear operative type for replacement of un-serviceable/defective parts, denting of various parts, cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling to make the system smooth/easy functional, repair to locking arrangements including supply and fix new nuts & bolts of existing size by removing old/rusted nut and bolts wherever required, necessary welding wereever required as directed, giving proper tension to the spring and refixing the shutter and gear box in the same opening after repair work carried out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item no 01 above but of Push and Pull or manual type.

All as per serial item No 01 above but of size exc 10 Sqm n. exc 20 Sqm each.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable/damaged rolling shutter of any type complete and removing from the site.

Supply and fixing steel rolling shutters, factory made, with out ball bearing, with thickness of laths 1.25mm push and pull or manual type including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple with one shop coat of red oxide or zinc staple with one shop coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer and fixed in position in existing opening complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 6 above but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle..

Taking down existing un-serviceable / defective suspension shaft and S&F new suspension shaft not exc 3.50m in length alongwith helical wire spring or flat spiral spring for proper counter balancing the weight of shutter all as directed.

All as per serial item No 8 above but 3.5m in length.

Taking down un-serviceable/defective bevel gear box and S&F new bevel gear box in position complete all as directed and specified by the EIC.

Supply only hood cover made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet

Demolition of Reinforced Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Use and waste of form work to chullah hoods,chajjas,throughs and similars items including edges ,flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement (nominal mix ) 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajjas complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and inc mild steel wire annealed not les than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or prevously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic anamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer in camoflauge patter complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old steel painted surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and appying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reparing /Taking down Almn shutters of any description area exc 1.00 Sqm and not exc 2.00 repairing by retightening screws ,almn cleats and securing top & bottom rails using MS 10mm bar having both side threding incl bolting,fixing new rubber padding, Almn snap beading,glazing clips and refixing resuring in same opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for MS Framed work by fabrication such as steel doors, grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spike, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, waik ways railing framed of watertanks etc including portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe-290, Gde- E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS purpose made but hinges conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 suitable for fixing to stone/concrete, door and window frames including fabrication work etc complete all as specified.

M & L for 1.25mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated Abestos cement sheeting , any gauge , thickness roofing covering .

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverimg/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws 120mm centre to centre distance of screws complete all as specified.

S & F coloured galvalume ridges,corner piece,barge board,window flashing etc, 0.50 mm thick, fixed with L or J type,special screw or crenked hook bolts in roofs , walls etc.

S &F 600mmx 600mm x12mm th prime fine look armstrong podercoated fishered tiles as in false ceiling fixed to & including powder coated 'T' frame as per manufacturers instructions with necessary aluminium clips and 6mm dia suspenders complete fixed in repair.

S&F in repairs double action door spring hydraulically regulated made of almn body min 1.25mm thick aluminum alloy sheet foundation box,main body with stainless steel body

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulb, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blnkets any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified.

S&F 5mm to 6mm thick tinted glass as approved by GE, fixed to existing aluminium door/ windows including hacking out existing glass and provn of rubber beading.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden /steel frames or stone , concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S&F 4.00 mm thick sheet figured glass pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, PCC block or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. (Note:- Supply only Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Glass door 12mm Th clear tinted toughned glass incl diamond polish complete with six holes and two patch cut out incl frosting of glass all as per direction of EIC through CNC machine incl ISI marked floor door spring for each shutter incl top patch bottom patch 30cm long stainless steel handle set and central stainless steel lock all as specified and directed by EIC (Make of glass: Modiguard/ Saint gobin, Make of Floor door spring: Godrej, FS D80 (80Kg) CAT No 8293 or equivalant in Evrite as approved by GE)

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0Sqm but n.exc 2.00Sqm after repair/ replacement of damaged part of glass door i.e. floor spring, pivots, mortice locking arrangement and 30cm long stainless steel handle and refixing in the same opening. (Cost of pivots, mortice locking arrangement and 30cm long stainless steel handle will be paid separately) Note:- Charges of glass door broken during taking down shall be born by contractor.

M&L Granite (Z Black) tiles 12 to 15mm thick machine cut, in vertical surfaces such as riser, skirting, dado, etc. including rounding edges, nosing, pointing on nose, etc., over and including 12mm thick screed bed in cement morter 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Screed Bed shall deemed to be included in QUOTED UNIT RATE.
